Administrator who will provide consistency and connectivity needed for our at-risk population. More frequent and direct contact between this administrator, parents, teachers and s tudents supports all of our goals and objectives. The Dean manages alll aspects of the Compass program including the Small Learning Communities and the Alternative School. The Dean is responsible for Alt-Ed and At-Risk student discipline, teachers' support/evaluations, and attendance/truancy issues for grades 9-12. The Dean will work closely as a team with counselors and parents to ensure students are receiving appropriate interventions.
